Shipping Policy:
- FREE Standard Shipping (3-7 days) - For new unit purchase ONLY: For new complete unit orders, we offer free shipping. The carrier will be selected by us, usually using FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.
- For parts orders, shipping fees will be charged based on the product weight. The carrier will be selected by us, typically UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS.
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days will be processed on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- We accept Local Pick up.
- We Do NOT ship to PO Box, AK, Hi, PR, Just mainland in U.S.A only 48 states. (if the address is not deliverable by Post Office, contact us prior to placing payment)
- All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in California.
Delivery time depends on destination, logistics mode and other factors. If you have not received your items within 14 days of payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply.
