This unit is one of the best!!!!!!! Really quite and runs perfect. Easy to get installed and all around a great product. Had it installed in my mother-in-law suite and she could not be happier.

I recently installed this 12000 btu mini split in the front section my home. Being a very handy guy in everything else but not familiar with anything HVAC, I was stressing installing this unit. Especially by myself. And never having installed one. I got started and was done within a few hours. It was that easy! And it works GREAT! Looks great and is AMAZINGLY quiet. The other day while gathering eggs from my chickens, I set one on the outside unit while it was running and the egg was perfectly still. It's that good!
